20 min from Tulum, Playa Del Carmen, Xcaret, Xplor, Xelha & across Cozumel Island and

* This is a 3rd floor unit with beautiful sea views of the Caribbean Sea for the ultimate rest and relaxation with an open deck in the sky as well as a 2nd covered deck off the living room on the floor below.

* The smart TV offers online programming. Connect to your own streaming account. No cable TV is offered.

* This property offers fast speed and fiber optic internet connection. (Please note that wifi in Mexico can experience interruption in service. We haven’t had difficulty often, but occasionally the system does go down, just like at home.)

* The SANTAMAR TAO property offers a secure and gated community with 24-hour security as well as abundant parking.

* This is the jungle. Being on the 3rd floor is a benefit because fewer bugs and critters enter the upstairs units. But it does not eliminate the possibility.
